NW5000 Series DVR Upgrade Steps

1. Go to Easterncctv.com

2. Download Firmware
Go to Support / Download, and go to NO. 76, download the Firmware to your PC.

Q: How should I do if I don't have WinRAR?

If you don't have a software for WinRAR, Go to Support / Download, at the "Other Software Download" section, click NO.3 to download WinRAR to your PC, and install this software.

3. Unzip the Firmware
In the directory where you save the firmware, double click the firmware to unzip it.

4. Copy Files to Flash Disk
Copy all the files in the folder of NW5000R to the USB flash disk.

5. Upgrade the DVR
Plug it into the DVR, go to Menu / System / Software / Upgrade, and click to upgrade.

NOTICE:
If your DVR Version is later than 3.4X (for 8, 16CH), 2.4X (for 4CH), don’t upgrade, please contact us.
