- All products have one year warranty, valid from receiving date.
- Exchange and return of products must be completed within 7 days of receiving date.
- Any product for exchange or return must have ALL ORIGINAL PACKINGS, ALL ACCESSORIES AND IN NEW CONDITION; otherwise 20% or more restocking fee (depends on condition) will apply UNDER NO EXCEPTION.
- Refund in the same way customer originally paid.
- Indoor credit will be issued as the difference occurs if product exchange is designated.
- Refund is not allowed for any RMA item. Repair, replacement or exchange will be issued.
- Any item working improperly or defectively needs a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to send back for repair or replace. Any item sent back without RMA number will be ignored.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to us in all circumstances; EasternCCTV is responsible for the shipping cost back to customer (During warranty).
- Customer is responsible for all the loss when sending back any merchandise, e.g wrong address.
